What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 10-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply email us at support@glowfriendly.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.
Are all items eligible for return?
Eligible: Regular-priced items in original condition. Not Eligible: Final sale items, and promotional offer purchases.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! If the requested size is available, we’ll send it to you. If not, we’ll issue a refund.
